About The Engagement Collective
What is The Engagement Collective?
The Engagement Collective is an employee engagement company. We design and run on-site engagement programs for companies that want to build stronger workplace culture. We handle everything, from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
Who do you work with?
We work with HR leaders, people operations teams, and company executives at mid-size to large companies. Our clients typically have 50 or more employees and are looking for a structured, hands-on approach to employee engagement.
Are you an event planning company?
We’re more than that. Event planners focus on logistics. We focus on culture. Every program we design is built around your company’s goals and your team’s needs, not just the details of a single event.
Our Services
What kinds of programs do you offer?
We offer three core types of engagement programs:
- In-Office Engagement Experiences: Single activations like team-building workshops, employee appreciation events, wellness sessions, and culture celebrations.
- Ongoing Engagement Programs: Quarterly or annual plans with regular on-site activations, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
Strategic Culture Activation: Custom programs aligned with your company goals, including leadership recognition initiatives and hybrid or in-office workshops.
Can you run a single one-time event, or do we have to commit to a long-term program?
Both options are available. Our Spark Activation package is designed for companies that want a single, high-quality on-site engagement event. If you decide later that you want ongoing support, we can talk about what that looks like.
Do you handle everything, or do we need to coordinate vendors and logistics ourselves?
We handle everything. Vendor sourcing, budget coordination, on-site setup, execution, and post-event recap – it’s all included. Your team doesn’t need to manage anything on the day of the activation.
Do you offer virtual or hybrid engagement programs?
Our primary focus is on-site, in-office engagement experiences. Some of our strategic programs can include hybrid elements. Reach out and we’ll talk through what works best for your team’s setup.
What types of companies do you work with?
We work with companies across a wide range of industries. Our clients have in common that they care about their people and want a thoughtful, structured approach to building workplace culture. Company size, industry, and team structure can all vary, what matters most is that you’re ready to invest in your team.
Our Packages & Pricing
What packages do you offer?
We have three engagement packages:
- Spark Activation: A single in-office engagement event. Includes strategy consultation, custom activation, full coordination, vendor management, and a recap report. Starting from $2,500.
- Momentum Program: A quarterly engagement plan with annual planning, quarterly activations, vendor and budget coordination, and post-event reporting. Starting from $12,000 annually.
- Elevate Partnership: A full annual program with monthly or bi-monthly activations, leadership recognition programs, budget and vendor management, and strategic reporting. Starting from $3,000 per month.
Are your prices fixed or can they vary?
Our pricing reflects the scope and scale of each program. The ranges listed are starting points. Final pricing depends on your team size, the type of activation, vendor costs, and the level of coordination involved. We’ll give you a clear, detailed quote after our discovery call.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The Spark Activation has no ongoing commitment, it’s a single event. The Momentum and Elevate programs are structured as quarterly or annual partnerships. We’ll talk through what makes sense for your company during the consultation.
What's included in the post-event recap report?
Every activation comes with a recap report that covers what took place, key highlights, and any relevant feedback or observations from the event. For ongoing programs, reporting also includes strategic notes and recommendations for future activations.
The Process
How do we get started?
It starts with a short discovery call. You fill out our contact form, we reach out to schedule a call, and we use that time to learn about your team and what you’re looking for. From there, we put together a custom plan.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your desired activation date. For larger or more complex programs, more lead time helps us deliver the best experience. That said, reach out regardless of your timeline and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How long does a typical activation take to plan?
It depends on the type and scale of the program. A single Spark Activation can typically be planned and executed within a few weeks. Ongoing programs involve more upfront planning during the first few weeks of onboarding. We’ll walk you through the timeline during the consultation.
Will someone from your team be on-site during the activation?
Yes. We are on-site for every activation we run. You don’t have to manage anything on the day. We show up, set up, run the experience, and handle any issues that come up.
Do you work with our existing vendors, or do you bring your own?
We can do both. We have a network of trusted vendors we work with regularly. If you have existing vendor relationships you’d like to keep, we’re happy to work with them as part of the coordination process.
Fit & Readiness
We've never done a formal engagement program before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are starting from scratch. The discovery call is designed to help us understand where you are right now and what a good first step looks like for your team. You don’t need to have a plan in place before you reach out.
Our HR team is small and already stretched thin. Can you still help us?
Yes, and that’s exactly the situation we’re built for. We take the work off your plate. You don’t need extra bandwidth to run a program with us. We handle the planning, coordination, and execution so your team doesn’t have to
We're not sure what kind of program we need. Can you help us figure that out?
That’s what the discovery call is for. We’ll ask questions, listen to what’s going on with your team, and help you think through which engagement program fits your situation. There’s no pressure to commit to anything on that call.
What if we try one activation and want to expand from there?
That works perfectly. A lot of our ongoing clients started with a single Spark Activation. Once you see how the process works and how your team responds, it’s easy to talk about building something bigger.
